- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I drove all the way from Brickell to this branch because I was advised to bank with Carlos Hernandez. I am very glad I took that advise. He explained everything so clearly and set up my account in a way that I am now not only saving money, but my financials are in better control. Aside from that; the bankers and tellers made me feel like home. It might be a 40 minute drive, but it is worth the financial relieve this branch gave me. The branch manager Rosa didn't resolve my concerns regarding her staff and became unprofessional and raised her voice on the phone, I guess that's why the staff are the way they are.
