  I agree with the other review, my experience with Paychex has also been horrid. We have been through (5) separate representatives in less than one year, each less knowledgeable than the last. Pricing was deceptive and wildly above market rate. I've had (3) promises for corrections and credits to our balances, which have been partial and lacked follow-through.

  I have worked with two employees of Paychex employees in Miramar, FL. I had to email them every single detailed instruction on how they should appear on payroll journal report, and they still have an error every time for the same entry every period. They will charge postage for paper copies you did not receive as I printed reports online. For the last day of operation, they charged $297 for the payroll service as they claimed "out of period" process. But they don't really do anything out of period. They charge extra days for Worker's Compensation, and the money has not been refunded for two months now. They refuse to reply to any of my emails. This is the worst payroll company I have ever dealt with.
